Read your portal’s status description

Platforms use different labels for recorded, pending, confirmed, and payable rewards. Open the transaction’s details to see the expected review stage. A generic dashboard balance can combine money at several stages.

Allow for order validation

Returns, cancellation, exclusions, and merchant reporting can affect approval. Travel or other delayed fulfillment may have a different timeline from an ordinary delivered order. Use the merchant-specific schedule where available.

Know when to follow up

If the transaction exceeds its stated timeline, contact the portal with the order and activity details. Keep the amount pending until the issue is resolved. Do not spend against an expected payout simply because it appears in your account.

WORKED EXAMPLE

Illustration: $50 pending plus $10 payable does not mean you can withdraw $60. The redeemable amount is controlled by the platform’s available balance and cashout rules.
