Activate a card offer before shopping

Card offers can require enrollment and a specific payment method. Treat them as a separate set of conditions from portal cashback.

2Use the eligible card
3Track each reward separately

QualifyFollow its conditions
CollectWait for approval

Enroll on the eligible card

Read the card issuer’s offer and activate it where required before paying. Check the selected card, eligible merchant, spending threshold, and expiry. An offer on one card does not automatically apply to another card in the same account.

Check the payment route

Read whether the merchant must charge your card directly and whether payment services, gift cards, or third-party sellers are excluded. A portal visit does not remove the issuer’s payment conditions.

Document each layer

Save the portal rate and issuer promotion separately. Record the order and card charge, then monitor each reward on its own timeline. Do not count both as approved simply because one has tracked.

WORKED EXAMPLE

Example: a portal rebate and issuer statement credit may both be possible, but each has its own qualifying purchase rules. Only include a layer after confirming it applies.

Explore saved examples

Catalogue examples, not verified current payout promises. Confirm the reward and full conditions in your account.
