Plan reward offers when money is pending
A profitable offer on paper can still tie up your available money. Plan the cash balance while you wait, not just the final profit.
Separate available and pending
Keep a record of money you can spend now, money committed to an offer, and rewards awaiting approval. Do not combine these into one balance. Pending money cannot pay a required purchase for the next campaign.
Leave a buffer
Budget for ordinary expenses and unexpected offer fees outside the campaign sequence. If the next task consumes your whole available balance, a delay can leave you unable to continue. Choose a smaller commitment or wait.
Test a delayed-payout scenario
Move the expected payment date later in your plan and check what changes. If the next offer depends on the previous reward arriving on a particular day, the route is fragile. Prefer a plan you can pause without further charges.
Example: spend $20 from a $30 balance on a task promising $50. Until approval and cashout, you have $10 available, not $60.
